Adjusting your Inventory or Services

If you need to make any adjustments to your inventory or services, you can do so during the Quality Assurance (QA) Call. Inventory adjustments may require estimate updates to ensure a smooth move.

What to know:

  • Accurate estimates help prevent unforeseen changes.
  • Special packing and additional delivery services are available upon request and can be added during Quality Assurance.
  • Inventory can only be adjusted during the Quality Assurance call to ensure accuracy and quality of the move.

The Quality Assurance Call

By appointment only, completed within 3-5 days before your scheduled move

  • The Quality Assurance team will contact you to set up an appointment.
  • This appointment requires you to be physically present at the pickup location for the best results.
  • Keep an active list of any changes that need to be made.

Include disassembly needs or special handling requirements.
