How Long Will Delivery Take?

Delivery time frames vary from customer to customer based on the services/requests for each move. Based on your mileage your estimated delivery time frame is as follows:

501–1000 miles1–10 business days
1001–1500 miles2–12 business days
1501–2000 miles5–14 business days
2001–3300 miles7–21 business days

All dates and times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery schedules are only guaranteed when explicitly stated and purchased as a Guaranteed Delivery service.
Please note that factors such as traffic, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances may impact scheduling.

Understanding FADD

FADD

First Available Delivery Date

First Available Delivery Date (FADD)
The earliest date that you can receive the shipment.

  • The FADD is not considered the promised delivery date.
  • Indicates that the customer is not available to receive the shipment prior to the selected date.
  • The delivery time frame begins from the FADD as indicated on your bill of lading.
  • Each load has a maximum of 30 business days for delivery, as indicated in the estimate.
